Text Box: A number of our members have been on the sick and incapacitated list recently, and members of the Almoner’s Team have kept in contact with them to provide support and assistance.
Bob Collins is home now, and getting along OK following a further stint in hospital, and some time in Rehabiliatation.
Paul Thomas is making progress following a stroke, and has been told by his doctor that he needs to slow down a little to aid his recovery. Take heed Paul!
David Wain is in Linacre Hospital at Hampton following an operation on his shoulder. He was expected to be discharged on Friday of this week, and we wish him all the best in his recovery.
Our thoughts are with Tom Kilburn, Gerry Voogd, and Neville Lee, all of whom have full-time carers’ roles at home, and consequently find it difficult to get to Lodge regularly.
Since our last report, Bro Frank Storey has passed to the Grand Lodge Above, and we miss his presence among us. We assure his family, and particularly wife Bev, that we are thinking of them, and will provide whatever support we are able to give.

Almoner’s Report

Text Box: Wor. Bro Bob Collins

Each edition of the Quarterly plans to include a profile of one of our brethren.  It’s a great way to get to know our members (other than through our social activities).  Watch out, you could be next.

It has been some time since our last quarterly (some might call it an annual).

Regular releases require plenty of content to please send your submissions for the next BP Quarterly Newsletter to Rob Kamer by the end of March 2006
